The terms, in full

The parts that cost you money if you change your mind, stated plainly rather than buried in a sign-up page.

Minimum term: Six months, auto-renewing unless you give written notice.
Rollover: Unused monthly treatments carry forward, then expire after 60 days.
Cancelling early: $65 before the end of the term.
Transferring: $30 to move a membership to someone else.
Prepaid plans: Three months must be used within four.
Financing: CareCredit, if you would rather spread a larger treatment out.
